Happy 50th Birthday, Sonya! We had fun making this cake. This was a surprise cake for Mindi's mom and what made it fun is that Fallyn was having Mindi's bridal shower at mom and dads while we were putting the finishing touches on it. Sonya walked by and thought it was so cute. She had no clue! We left her name off until the last minute. The bottom tier is white cake with white buttercream icing. The top tier is chocolate cake with white buttercream icing. The spots are black rolled buttercream/fondant. The cow is fondant and buttercream. As shown this cake will serve 60-65 people.
