Happy 2nd Birthday, Emma! The bottom tier is white cake with a pink buttercream top and colored buttercream stripes. The flowers and polka dots are white fondant. The top tier is white cake with red buttercream icing and black buttercream dots. The green "leaf" is fondant along with all the flowers. The 2 is beaded wire. As shown this cake will serve 60-65 people.
