My niece Madelyn decided she wanted an iCarly birthday party this year. She always seems to pick a party theme that is so new that you can"t find party supplies. She asked me to make her a cake and this is what I came up with. The bottom layer is the Nickelodeon "Splat". It is white cake with orange buttercream icing. The iCarly logo is strawberry cake with purple poured cookie icing. As shown this cake served 60-65 people.
